Control Points
NOTE: This event will likely include a $5 or $10 entry fee per player. This will cover the cost of a door prize promo figure for each okayer, and the remainder will go to the priE pool.
Your army may not contain more than 300 points of figures with the same species/race.
For example, example, 3xRoman Legionnaires + Marcus Decimus Gallus is 295 points of human figures and is fine--but that army may not contain any other figures with the Human species.
Each game will end after 4 rounds. Whoever has the most points at that time wins the game.
Points are scored at the end of every round. Each player receives a variable number of points for every Objective Zone your army controls:
- In the first round, Objective Zones are worth 1 point each.
- In the second round, they are worth 2 points each.
- In the third and subsequent rounds, they are worth 3 points each.
Each map will have at least one "Key Point." The Key Point and all hexes within 2 hexes of that Key Point are called an Objective Zone. These Objective Zones will be used for scoring (see below).
For your army to control an Objective Zone, you must have more army cards of figures in the Objective Zone (on or within two spaces of the Key Point) than your opponent does.
